1. The Government on Monday tabled the much awaited white paper on black money in Parliament which did not disclose any name but made a strong case for setting up Lokpal and Lokayuktas to deal with the menace.
2. W.e.f. 20-05-2012 form no.8, 10 and 17 can be filed even if Annual Forms have not been filed by Cos. General circular no.09/2012 dated 15-05-2012.
UPDATES:
1. Existing Forms 23AC, 23ACA (pdf and XBRL) can't be filed for Financial Year 2011-2012 as they are being revised to align with the revised schedule VI.
2. For Financial Year 31-03-2011 cos to file details of unclaimed amounts under Sec 205C (2) of companies Act in e Form 5INV and excel file by 31-07-2012 for details go to www.iepf.gov.in.
